Last rally of the year for N.W. PPC Coalition, Lacrosse, Wa rallyOK folks, it’s true I’ve been a bit lax in posting about the rally.
Myapologies.
Good directions have already been posted so no sense beatin that horse and the official dates are Sept 24-26. You are welcome to come early or stay late but during the rally, it is an EAA function so same rules apply here. A storm is setting in this week so in hopes that it will clear the air for the rally and some great flying will be on hand. There is plenty of room for
“hobbies” (kites, atv, wind surfing, golf(of sorts), etc) should the need arise so come prepared. Saturday nite is the community potluck and we will furnish the meat. An added feature this year is that it falls on Becky’s 50th birthday so we will have some extra family & Friends to share in her “celebration” We hope you will too. There will be examiners/instructors here if you are in need and we have been known to push a plane into the shop for a repair or retrofit. It can be a good place to add to your learning of ppc operations. There is a B&B 10 minutes away and a Best Western motel in Colfax 30 minutes. Don’t let lack of room and board keep you from attending as our rancher house is
vacant this year and we will make it available to the need. All you need to bring is bedding and food. Look forward to seeing all our “old friends” and meeting new ones. And Grubby, don’t let a few busted ribs keep you from enjoying some more time off. Long as your camera hand is good, you are worthy of the trip.
